I logged on to get some replacement filters for my Hoover Windtunnel. According to the Hoover website, these bags are for:
SELF-Propelled Windtunnels
BAGLESS Windtunnels
If your Windtunnel is NOT self-propelled and is NOT bagless, you should be looking for part number 4011004 for the three-layer filter that goes in the compartment under the side door. I have yet to find the filter that goes in the bottom of the bag compartment.

The description could use some work, I didn't realize that this was the filter I was buying, but I haven't replaced this one yet, so it's fine. Good price regardless.
